Who decides whether a child has been abused? What is the difference, if any, between parental alienation syndrome and parental alienation? If a therapy is mandated by the state, paid for by a parent, and performed on a child, who is the client? How old do you have to be to make a Yelp account? How long are medical records kept before they are destroyed?
